Had a burn hole in my backseat and they sent Santiago to repair it. He did it so quick and it’s like it was never there! He did an awesome job and i absolutely loved it!! 100% recommend!!!

Finding Magic Auto Care was such a blessing, as you can see I had quite a big dent, bigger than what his price range even lists. Big enough that he had to take the door off to get the job done. No other PDR shop or any auto body shop for that matter would even attempt to do this, would just replace the door + paint matching which is a ridiculous amount of money. Santiago is truly a master at his craft for a very very affordable price, so grateful to have found him cannot express that enough!! Price was perfectly fair for the size of the project, and it was done in very good timing. 10/10 experience, from Lucy taking the phone calls in a very kind and professional manner all the way to the payment. Thank you Santiago and Lucy!!!!!!

I had a few issues that needed to be done. My 2008 Bmw had fogged headlamps and replacement prices were over $1000 a side. I also tried with another service and they said they couldn’t do them. Photo of the after included. I then had him to my wife’s car which had a slight glazing after 7 years and a chip in my daughters windshield. All with good result. The chip did not disappear but was much improved. Thank you Santiago. You are the best.

I wish I could give Santiago 6 stars. He did an extremely professional job removing the dent from my wife's brand new Subaru (something kicked up from a passing truck one night) at an extremely fair price. In addition, he was a man of his word, returning to correct another issue. I always judge a man by his character and his word; Santiago has both. I would highly recommend him and Lucy, who answers his phone, is a nice, honest lady.

My experience with Magic Auto Care from start to finish was outstanding. I started with giving them a call to get an estimate and spoke with Lucy who was very professional and friendly. She got back with the estimate in a timely manner and gave excellent communication about next steps, appointment confirmation, and approximate ETA of the PDR technician. The PDR technician came within 30 minutes of the appointment window. It ended up being the owner Santiago Tello, who was also very professional and friendly. He examined the area to be repaired and gave me a fair price that beat all other estimates that I received from other PDR shops. Enclosed are the before and after pictures. I am very pleased with the results. My wife said, it looks like the accident never happened. I will definitely use Magic Auto Care if I ever need dent repair again.

Santiago is excellent. he takes a lot of pride in his work and has a customer first attitude. I've worked with him twice and would recommend him to others.

The technician, Santiago was incredibly professional & knowledgeable. He assured me that he would be able to repair my red leather seat, which was damaged with an anti-bacterial liquid. Santiago carefully coated the area several times & answered all of my questions. He also significantly improved a dent in my passenger side door. I am very satisfied with the work & the cost was very competitive & reasonable.
